Who sells Sharecam packages
Packages bought in the Sharecam iPhone app are sold by Apple through the App Store; Apple is the seller and merchant of record for those purchases and handles billing and refunds.
Packages bought on the web (sharecam.app) are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd. (UK) and Paddle.com Inc. (US) as our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle issues the invoice and processes refunds under our Refund Policy; see also our Web Purchase Terms.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Reporting content
Guests can report a photo in the Sharecam app; a reported item is hidden from the person who reported it straight away and flagged to the event's host. If you appear in a photo and don't use Sharecam, you can ask for its removal by writing to [email protected] with the event code; no account is needed.
